The search for the perfect wedding dress sparked a friendship between Shannon Washburn and Ashley Michaud. The women shared their struggles with one another, growing their relationship. After a while, Ashley visited Mobberly with Shannon and was saved, along with her 12-year-old. Because Shannon simply was a friend and listened to Ashley, lives were changed forever.
